This is the one Leo L says is probably our best bet as it's not too westernized (yet)  ie. Slovenia/Croatia.

And not too rough (mafia and corruption) ie. Albania and Montenegro.

I think Cvrsnica and Prenj are "Must See's" at least in this country.
